  • Fire is a condition of burning
  • Whatever burns to affect lives is fire

Condition of Fire

   1.  It’s a catalyst of revival
   2.  Inspiration provider
   3.  Anything that produces strong feeling within – that is the spark of fire needed for your breakthrough.

  • Do you have a longing for greatness?
  • If yes, then there is a spark of fire within your hidden self.

4.  That strange or unusual force within one’s heart pushing him to perform any activity beyond man’s natural ability is – FIRE
5.  Fire is a divine tool by which filthiness is removed from the mind – Malachi 3: 2-4.
6.  Fire is a spirit flame (divine fan) which set man ablaze for God
7.  Fire is a burning purpose either to reach the unreached or to achieve divine assignments.
8.  Fire is like a launderer’s soap purging its kind.
9.  It is a life-giver. Its life is generated from the eternal Word of God.
10.       It keeps man coming to the presence of God daily. It generates inner willingness and love to see and to fellowship with God the more.

What FIRE does

Fire does not burn without a purpose. It has 7-fold Ministry.
1.  It refines and prunes – Zechariah 13: 7-9
2.  Fire devours – Zech. 12:6
3.  It consumes – Heb.12:29, Exod. 24: 17, Lev. 6:9.
4.  It makes you extra ordinary (demi-man/ semi-God) – Joshua 14: 11,12
5.  It gives endowment and clothes man with armours of God – II Cor. 10:4-5, Eph.6:11, Romans 13: 12
6.  It preserves. Fire preserves the revival of holiness. It preserves its carrier. It gives divine security to the holy and sin-free Christians – Lev.6:9
7.  It revives – Lev. 6:12.

The Needs Of Fire And The Promise Of It Coming (I Cor. 4:20, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:8)

There are 3 groups of people in Christendom:
1.  A Raw Group: this is primarily consists of people with no fire at all. They are either spiritually dead or awaiting apostolic touch of fire.
2.  A Half Baked Group: this consists of people or children of God with little or low burning fire. (Rev. 3:16).
3.  A Man Of Fire: one peculiar thing with people who started well and ended/ending well with God is holy fire.
The man of fire has 3 kinds of fire:
            i.        Dying or quenchable fire
          ii.        Low burning fire
        iii.        Unquenchable/ever burning fire – Lev. 6:13

5 Reasons Why You Need Fire

1.  You need to make you a radical doer of God’s Word.
2.  To make you gospel addicted soul winner.
3.  To make you tougher than the toughest time
4.  It will make you too hot to Satan to handle
5.  It will make you a fanatical mobilizer and disciple for Jesus the Christ of God.

8 Things The Fulfillment Of The Promise Of The Father Will Make You Become

1.  A revival carrier/ revivalist. That means you will become spiritually alive
2.  You will be flamed to set the Christian world ablaze and to shake the unchristian worlds with godly signs.
3.  You shall never die like a fool
4.  It will make you stand while others are falling
5.  Able to possess the gate of your enemies
6.  It keeps you moving with God’s invincible armies
7.  You will become firm to the end, unmovable and rapturable.
8.  You will be a great power of God on earth – Acts 8:9-13.

Conclusively

A dividing fire when it comes? It will:

  • Puts demarcation between your territories and your enemies
  • Makes you a danger zone
  • Makes you a fire box and life ember
  • Makes you life problem-solver and solution to complex problems of life.
  • Puts separation between you and worldliness, lust, impurities, uncleanness etc.

The divine order: Keep the fire burning. “The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out”– Lev. 6: 13.

Prayer

1.  Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, send your Holy Fire into our meeting today.
2.  Holy Spirit! Give us the fire we need today,
 Fire that burns with purpose
Fire to consume the will of flesh
Fire that refines
Fire of revival etc.
3.  Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, keep my altar burning
With revival of holiness
With revival of righteousness
With revival of prayer
With revival of soul winning etc.
4.  O Lord my God! Make me a revival carrier
5.  Holy Spirit release your cooperate fire (Pentecostal fire) upon us in the name of Jesus.
6.  Dividing fire! Fall afresh –
Put demarcation between me and my adversaries
Put a notable division between me and worldliness, sin etc.
7.  Zech. 12:8 – Lord Jesus, send thine fire to consume all feebleness in me.
