Faith and Facts 1 (Lessons from the life of Enoch)

Bible knowledge:


Question: Enoch lived 365 years.....and the bible recorded that after Enoch begat Methuselah Gen 5: 21-....he walked with God. Does that means Enoch was a sinner before he walked with God?

Enoc began to walk with God at the age of 65. 

What do you think happened in the first 65years of his life? For 64.11years he walked in his own concept and by the traditions of men as passed down by our fathers (1peter 1:18). 

Although in his 60s God began to appear to him. He used his life in fear and respect for God (Jehovah). He reached or attained omega point of purification, sanctification and dedication @ 65. 

For 300 years he maintained his salvation, purification and sanctification. He walked to heaven to and fro before he was arrested by God's divine glory.

 He even judged the angels. The fallen angels begged him to fast for them and beg God for them. God placed his judgement in his mouth to them. He was the one who put the fallen angels in Gen 6 in spirit prison till the judgement day. 

I can go on and on but you may get confused. However, mist of these are written in the book of Enoch himsel which can be downloaded online.

Moral lessons for us all

 1. Have you attained omega point of holiness, purification and sanctification? A point far away from earthly plane. My friends, you long journey to go from here.

 2. Keep your salvation. It can be lost. Bro Esau lost his salvation for what to eat.

 3. You may be working for God and not walking with God. God wants those that will WALK with him and not those that will WORK with him. 

 4. There is omega point in faith be there before everyone else and you will become non-deletable memory in the land of the living.
